These Terms govern your access to and use of the Security System admin platform. By using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

  1. Accounts & Access. You’re responsible for safeguarding credentials and actions under your account. Admins must assign appropriate roles and promptly revoke access when needed.
  2. Fees & Payments. Fees (if any) are due per agreement. Payment records may be stored for compliance and analytics.
  3. Use Restrictions. Don’t misuse the platform: no unlawful content, no attempt to bypass security, no reverse engineering.
  4. Availability & Changes. We may improve, update, or suspend features. We’ll aim to minimize disruption.
  5. Data & Tenancy. Company routing to tenant databases is configured in the admin. You are responsible for the data you input.
  6. Privacy. See our Privacy Policy for how we process personal data.
  7. Confidentiality. Both parties must protect non-public information disclosed during use or support.
  8. Warranties & Disclaimers. The platform is provided “as-is” without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  9. Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent allowed, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages; aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months, where applicable.
  10. Termination. We may suspend or terminate access for breaches. You may stop using the service at any time.
  11. Governing Law. These Terms are governed by applicable local laws unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  12. Updates to Terms. We may update these Terms as our services evolve. Continued use means acceptance of changes.
